EVENT OVERVIEW

This is not a traditional vendor expo.

This event is intentionally designed to be:

  • Experiential

  • Educational

  • Interactive

  • Community-driven

  • All vendors and speakers are considered contributors to the experience, not just exhibitors.

EVENT DAY DETAILS

Main Event

Saturday, January 24 | 12–4 PM

Vendors

  • Must be fully set up by 11:30 AM (no exceptions)

  • Breakdown begins after 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved

Speakers

  • Please arrive one hour prior to your scheduled speaking time

  • Final speaker schedule will be shared once all speakers are confirmed

  • Speakers are strongly encouraged to attend the full event for connection and integration

VENDOR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

To maintain the integrity and energy of the event:

All vendors are required to offer an interactive experience.

IDEAS FOR YOUR VENDOR EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrations

  • Sampling or tastings

  • Mini services

  • Hands-on tools

  • Experiential education

WHAT TO BRING

We will be setting up your table and chairs, but you bring the good stuff!

Vendors are responsible for bringing:

  • Tablecloth

  • Business cards & marketing materials

  • Posters, banners, or signage

  • Optional raffle or exclusive offer to engage attendees

  • Any supplies needed for your interactive experience

  • Electricity & Specialty equipment
    (Must be pre-approved if required)

VIP EXPERIENCE (INVITED)

All vendors and speakers are invited to attend our exclusive VIP Experience:

Friday, January 23 | 6–8 PM

This intimate evening includes:

  • Guided sacred cacao ceremony

  • Heart coherence & heart healing education

  • Sound frequency healing experience

  • Catered food

  • Deep connection with speakers, vendors, and VIP guests
